Lakeshia Johnson serves as a Reentry Case Manager at Changing Perceptions, where she works closely with justice-impacted individuals to help them navigate their transition back into the community and move toward long-term stability. She brings a strong foundation in human services, with hands-on experience supporting individuals facing housing instability and other complex life challenges.In her previous role as a Diversion Specialist, Lakeshia led intake and assessment processes to ensure individuals seeking support were met with timely and organized services. She has a proven ability to track participant progress, maintain detailed documentation, and adjust support strategies based on evolving needs and outcomes. Her work is also informed by her ability to review and interpret data to strengthen service delivery and overall program effectiveness.
