When you give to Changing Perceptions, your donation supports job training, emergency housing assistance, mentorship, and case management services that help returning citizens rebuild their lives. We strategically invest funds where they are needed most to increase self-sufficiency and reduce recidivism.

Covers food, transportation, IDs, and essentials after release—reducing day-one crises, boosting engagement, and lowering early re-offending risk.
Provides rental or utility assistance to keep participants housed—preventing homelessness, protecting families, and strengthening long-term stability.
Funds one participant’s full job training: financial literacy, tech skills, resumes, and certifications that lead directly to employment.
Supports six months of case management and social work, helping participants secure housing, employment, and essential services.
Funds a peer navigator to support 15 participants with guidance, accountability, and lived-experience mentorship to improves retention and safety.
Provides housing support, workforce training, mentorship, and social work for 10–12 participants—strengthening stability and reducing recidivism.
