Case Manager

Krystal Long is a compassionate Reentry Case Manager at Changing Perceptions, where she supports justice-impacted individuals in building stability and achieving their goals after incarceration. With more than six years of experience in mental health care and case management, she brings expertise in treatment planning, counseling, and crisis intervention to her work. Prior to joining Changing Perceptions, Krystal served in roles at McClendon Center, Southern Maryland Community Network, Community Wellness Ventures, and Recovery Centers of America, where she was recognized for her ability to streamline services, improve client outcomes, and foster strong engagement. A graduate of Bowie State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Krystal is committed to providing client-centered, trauma-informed care that empowers individuals to succeed. Her dedication to both mental health and reentry services reflects her passion for helping people rebuild their lives with dignity and opportunity.
