Charles Elliott, LCSW-C, LICSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with more than 12 years of specialized experience in mental health therapy, financial social work, diagnostic formulation, and client engagement across clinical, nonprofit, and government settings. He served as a Clinic Director and Advanced Supervising Program Therapist at Thrive Behavioral Health, where he oversaw regulatory compliance, clinical quality, program management, staff training, and direct psychotherapy services for children, adults, and families. Across his career, he has worked in research, policy, clinical practice, and financial empowerment—leading congressional briefings, developing budgets, facilitating crisis-response programming, delivering mental health workshops, and supporting financial stability for individuals and families. Charles holds a Master of Social Work with a 4.0 GPA from Howard University, maintains licensure in Washington, D.C. and Maryland, and is trained as a Certified Financial Social Worker. His leadership is rooted in ethical care, data-informed practice, and trauma-responsive support that promotes stability, healing, and long-term wellbeing.
