Our Values
Everyone is part of the solution. Each of us has a unique gift and all must contribute. When that happens, we thrive, individually and collectively.
One individual’s success builds the opportunity of the whole community.
We give love unconditionally, but support and investment must be earned. We do the right thing, especially when no one is looking.
“We define ourselves. Our future is not defined by our past.”
WAYS WE GIVE HELP
Advocacy
We advocate for the members of our community by serving as liaisons to obtain the most up-to-date resources, services, and information to increase their chances of a successful transition.
Social Support
We understand that everyone needs a person to talk to in times of need or crisis. That is why we are here to provide our members with emotional, informational, and belonging support.
Community Engagement
We work collaboratively with community members to address issues affecting the well-being of others and solutions on how to make positive change.
